Hum...ainda estava na agência terminando relatórios hoje à tarde... parei para lanchar...desci e vi Copacabana à tarde...que loucura...tomei um capuccino na Constante Ramos, com bastante creme... depois uma água gelada, refrigerante e salgadinho...um misto quente...nossa!! Comi como lôka!! Ah... e está fazendo um calorzinho tão gostoso... Faz a gente sentir o corpo perfeitamente... as sensações, a alma, o coração... maravilha!!! Agora que cheguei em casa, vou andar de bike...ver o mar...encontrar alguns amigos...e pensar que o fim de semana vai ser uma delícia!!!...rs
