Today here is already Dec 31, city didnt sleep and I can hear some fireworks. I live close to the beach, in Ipanema, and close to my building we have several restaurants and cool bars from where I can hear people talking right now.

And at midnight today we will be at Copacabana beach (some min far from here) to watch the fireworks show. It is a 15/20 min show where 2 million people from everywhere come every year. The tradition is wear all white (but also people wear any other color). The windows in all shops show only white clothes at this time.

At the beach some wash their feet, others jump in. The important is to celebrate and leave behind all bad that happened and look to the future where we hope to find better days to us and our beloved ones. The magic is in the air today.

Danger

A New Year is coming. All my certainties are gone so long ago. I cannot complain. Every time I got a hit, Someone up there gives me a gift in disguise. One of them is a Danger one that I will never know anything about.

All I wanted in life in the end worked different than I planned. When we are young, we seem to be eternal and there is nothing that we cannot get it. The world is ours. While growing we start to find out that Miracles dont exist. But still sometimes there is a flame that comes back and reminds me that Im alive. So I start to see the miracle again that takes me to another world and makes me dream again. These moments are getting rare with the time but are yet so precious. In the end I still have myself. Not bad at all.

Looking for the sun. Life is beautiful. But Im starting to say goodbye.

I didnt think this before, but if you read this Merry Christmas to you my Danger unknown friend and a Very Happy New Year. We will never meet, but this is what makes life so mysteriously beautiful.
